BEHOLD THE PURRACAN – THE SUCCESSOR TO DEADMAU5’S PURRARI

Let’s admit it. All of us were sad to see when Deadmau5 was forced to strip his Purrari and return it to its original white paint job and render it as the same old Ferrari 458, which further led him to sell it to any interested buyer for a cool $380,000.

But looks like everything’s going to be fine. Joel Zimmermanhas announced his plans to build a Nyan Cat themedLamborghini named Purracan. He even posted a digital design of the Lamboghini on his Twitter to give us an idea of what thePurracan would look like.

The mau5 already has a McLaren 650S, which he calls theMeowclaren, while he also purchased a hybrid Mclaren P1. A Lamborghini next to the other two would look pretty sweet.
Deadmau5 has even reached out to popular toy manufacturerHot Wheels to immortalize the Purrari in scale model form.

Now all we can do is hope that Deadmau5 does indeed present us with the Purracan someday!

'Five Nights At Freddy's 3' Teaser Image Features Gameplay Map, Cameras, Vents, And Scott Cawthon's Genius

Another "Five Nights At Freddy's 3" teaser image has appeared on Scott Cawthon's website. It features the upcoming title's gameplay map, cameras and, in some ways, shows how much of a genius the series' developer really is.

The news comes to Design & Trend via Scott Cawthon's official website at Scott Games. Shown above, it appears to be the map that fans will have to watch during the duration of "Five Nights At Freddy's 3." Whether there is only one animatronic or five, this is likely the main layout of the newly revealed Fazbear's Fright: The Horror Attraction.

Still, in true Scott Cawthon fashion, there is more than meets the eye to this map of squares and lines. As some users on the "Five Nights At Freddy's" Reddit have already done, brightening up the teaser in a photo editor reveals some horrifying sights that will play a major role in the gameplay of "Five Nights At Freddy's 3." Like in "Five Nights At Freddy's 2," the third game will feature vents that allow animatronics to quickly crawl to the player's location. Look at the hidden tunnel that leads straight from the entrance to the security office! Yikes!

Deadmau5’s Epic Honda Stage Performance, Track By Track

Over a month ago, the legendary Deadmau5 partnered with Honda to present a one night show, live streamed for the entire world to watch. There were a lucky few who were able to attend the free show but the rest of us had to be content with watching from the comforts of our home. While the event was a hit, it quickly faded into just another live streamed show on the internet.

But now, Honda has revived the show in a very cool fashion. Instead of uploading the set in its entirety, you can now watch Deadmau5 track by track and even skip the songs you don’t like. Each video is broken down by song, allowing for easy navigation throughout Deadmau5’s performance.

Deadmau5 To Perform With Metallica And More At Reading & Leeds Festival

Festival season is almost upon us and the lineup announcements keep rolling in. The Reading & Leeds Festival, which has been around since the 1960s, making it the world’s longest running festival, has begun to announce the lineup for their 2015 event which will feature Deadmau5, Metallica & more international stars. Being an all genre music festival, Deadmau5’s appearance along such iconic names symbolizes his influence and overall legacy that will always be correlated with quality electronic music.

With a late summer date, Deadmau5 could possibly be using his new setup that will be part of his Bonnaroo performance.

The festival is set to take place August 28th-30th and with Mumford & Sons, Bastille and many others already announced, The Reading & Leeds Festival is not one to miss for avid music lovers.

Deadmau5 Buys Lamborghini Huracán, Plans To Turn It Into The ‘Purracan’

Deadmau5 already has a McLaren 650S in his fleet, which he occasionally offers rides in to Uber users around his home town of Toronto, and next month he’s set to take delivery of one of the 375 McLaren P1s destined for production, but that hasn’t stopped him from going out and ordering yet another supercar, this time a Lamborghini.

Yes, the Canadian DJ and cat lover has ordered a new Lamborghini Huracán, which he has revealed via Twitter will don the famous Nyan Cat-themed wrap that was fitted to a Ferrari 458 Italia he owned until Ferrari requested he remove some of the car’s mods, like its ‘Purrari’ badging.

We have a feeling Lamborghini isn’t going to care what Deadmau5, real name Joel Zimmerman, does to his new Huracán, which he has already nicknamed the ‘Nyanborghini Purracan’.

And yet another musician who joins the rank is the latest Mau5trap entrant Attlas. While information on this mystery producer is limited, a string of debate online is pointing to the possibility that Attlas is none other than Joel Zimmerman himself, who decided to kickstart another musical side through an alter-ego.

The avid video-gamer is absolutely capable of bringing a twist to the tale, and certain evidence strongly suggests that the man in the Attlas studio may just be wearing a Mau5head in another. For starters, consider the odds that a relatively unknown producer lands on a remix for a Deadmau5 track, that has been excluded from the ‘5 Years of Mau5‘ compilation album – that’s a lot of faith on a newcomer! Further more, ‘Aural Psynapse‘ isn’t the conventional Deadmau5 remix track as its laden by progressive synth almost luring towards the Trance genre. Another vital clue is the chronology of the events. The producer joined Facebook only last month after having only a single remix of his surface and after it was played by Deadmau5 himself at Hard Day of the Dead. And finally, take a look atAttlas profile picture on Facebook. There is an eerie resemblance to Deadmau5 without the tattoos of course, but there seems a close resemblance to the Canadian mischief-maker.

Deadmau5 Classic Gets Stunning Makeover By 18 Year Old Talent

Beatport recently organized one their best remix competitions yet and we have spent the last several days tearing through each remix one by one. The challenge? Remix Dillon Francis’ rendition of Deadmau5’s ‘Some Chords’.

Andrei Stephen pulls samples from both theDeadmau5 original and Dillon Francis‘s remix tastefully while still retaining his own distinct style. One of the most unique remixes in the contest, the newly unveiled 18 year old talent is set to dominate the competition right out of the gate.

The track follows an easily mixable dance structure, fit for clubs and the main stage alike, and is highlighted by an intense, energetic atmosphere spanning the entire four and a half minutes. What really catches our attention are the drops, however.
